As a previous graduate of Lexington High School,  I  am thrilled to be here serving the Lexington community.  I graduated from Texas A & M University in 2004 and received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008.

 

I previously worked as a community counselor working in a severe Psychiatric Center and then an Adoption Agency in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

I missed working with children and sought after my Teaching Certificate and taught English from 2009-2012. My husband and I were excited to return to the Lexington community in 2012.

I taught Science from 2012-2014 then I finalized my School Counselor Certificate in 2014.  Happily, I accepted the School Counselor position at Lexington Middle School in the fall of 2014.  I have been the School Counselor at Lexington Middle School since then and have enjoyed every moment.
